1. Nature of our business
Our company does not operate a traditional online store. All products are made, restored, or assembled individually based on each customer’s request. Our website serves as a product catalogue and general information platform.
2. Placing orders
Orders are placed individually via email or phone. After confirming the details with the customer, we prepare a tailored offer and agree on the terms of fulfillment.
3. Payment
Payment is required after the customer confirms the order. We provide the option to pay by bank transfer, card (Visa, Mastercard) through a secure payment link generated specifically for each transaction.
4. Order fulfillment
Lead time depends on the availability of the product and the agreed terms. The exact delivery or pickup time is communicated to the customer before payment is made.
5. Returns and complaints
Due to the personalized nature of our services (e.g., restoration, customization, material selection), we do not offer standard returns. Any complaints or issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.

General information
Our shop specializes in the sale of furniture and interior accessories.
These are mainly items from the second half of the twentieth century.
All products available in our shop are original, which means that we do not sell copies or modern reissues.
If you have not found the item you are looking for in the store, you may want to check out the Sold section. You can see some of the items that are currently not available in offer, but some of them are available on request.
The offer presented on the site is not full – we also have furniture, which because of their state are awaiting in the queue for renovation.
On request we can renew selected item.
Items
We sell items in different condition. Each time it is detailed in the description of the subject.
We are using three categories:
– in original condition – this means that no renovation or refreshing works have been carried out. These are usually the most well-preserved items, but they may have some defects which we specify in the description.
– partially restored – Mostly upholstered furniture in which the upholstery was changed, and for example, the woodwork has been kept in original condition. In the lamps only damaged power supplies have been replaced, etc.
– completely restored – furniture in which mechanical defects were removed, woodwork was restored and the upholstery was replaced with a new one.
All items in our shop, even un-refurbished ones, are at least in a condition that allows them to be used directly. If there is an exception to this rule, we will certainly tell you in the description of the item.
All furniture are cleaned by us with special means – you buy things without dirt and nasty surprises.
Due to the different dimensions, weight of items and different distance to destination, transport costs are set individually – we will give it as soon as possible in a feedback message.
Small items are shipped via courier company. In case of bigger items (all furniture) – we cooperate with several experienced transport companies, which in the safest way (door-to-door system – without unnecessary handling or sorting) will get your shipment. After prior appointment, there is a possibility of personal collection in our shop (Żory, Silesian voivodeship, Poland).
This is one of the most important steps in our business and we always try to make sure that your purchased goods reach you intact.
All items are professionally packed – in bubble wrap, stretch film, cardboard, and in the case of more delicate items in protective accessories (sponges, polystyrene, etc.). We do not charge you any extra fees.
Nevertheless, we recommend that you check the package in the presence of the driver, especially if you notice any signs of damage to the package. All complaints can only be dealt with on the basis of a protocol drawn up in the presence of the driver.
Every item visible on the site can be rented for pictures, movie plans, and similar purposes.
It is required to pay a deposit in the amount of the full value of the item, which is returned when the item is returned intact. The rental fee is set individually.
