The table features a round top with a beautiful, natural wood grain pattern, resting on a sculptural, turned solid wood column and a heavy tulip base in anthracite.
The contrast between the warm, natural wood and the dark base creates a refined and timeless aesthetic, reminiscent of Eero Saarinen-inspired designs but with a warm, wooden touch.
The table has undergone a full, professional restoration.
The top has been refinished with hardwax oil, creating a pleasant, soft-matte, natural to the touch surface that is more durable and much easier to maintain and spot-repair than traditional lacquer. The turned pedestal has been cleaned and oiled.
The heavy metal tulip base has been professionally repainted in anthracite.
