Pair of original mid-century armchairs designed by Miroslav Navrátil and produced by Tatra Nábytok in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s.
These armchairs feature a sculptural shell shape with a characteristic cut-out in the backrest and rest on elegant tapered beech wood legs.
They are upholstered in the original emerald-green patterned fabric.
The chairs are in very good original vintage condition.
The fabric is well preserved with only light signs of use, no major stains or damage.
The wooden frames and legs are solid and stable.
The original paper manufacturer’s tag from Tatra is still attached.
Comfortable and with a strong, distinctive look – perfect as accent chairs in a living room or modern interior.
