A striking vintage desk lamp designed by Josef Hurka for Lidokov, Czechoslovakia, 1960s.
This iconic mid-century model features a glossy cherry-red enameled shade and base contrasted by a sculptural, S-shaped chromed wire frame.
The shade is fully adjustable in height and angle, a functional and playful detail typical of Hurka’s designs.
A great example of Czechoslovak modernism, in very good vintage condition with light patina consistent with age.
